Tips of Leaves Burnt and Curled Up

Honestly though with a starting ppm @ 3 - 500, i'd say thats your problem. even if you leave your water out to dissoolve the chlorine, you still have chloramine in there, and it don't dissolve. Not to mention fuggin 500 ppm of unverified bullshit goin right to your root zone.

Ten bucks says if you start running reverse osmosis water you're problems will be solved.
It looks like you didnt veg for very long before you flipped. Some of these problems you get from shitty water begin weeks before symptoms become obvious.

I know getting an RO filter is a bitch, that's why i dont have one. Idk what it's like wherever you live, but around my parts you can go to any grocery store and find a reverse osmosis filter. You can fill up all the five gallon jugs you want for like 25 cents per gallon

use cleaner water, and then dial in your nutrients to prevent over fertilization

It is very subtle and only at the very tip of each leaf. (See pic below)

Here is my setup details:

-2x2x4 tent
-5 gallon DWC scrog
-400w HPS light w/cool tube
-GH Maxibloom nutes (I use very little because my tap water is about 300-350ppm)

My light is about 8" from my tallest tops. I don't have room to bring the light up but the cool tube works well.

PPM is kept around 700. But it has been rising recently and I have been giving plain tap water.

pH is kept around 5.5.


I think this may be caused by the chlorine in my tap water. I just started to leave gallons out for a few days to evaporate the chlorine.

Anyone else have any suggestions?
