Tips for choosing weight

Yeah, what I'm saying is that cycling is the safer and easier option for an over weight beginner. Once you have some fitness and learn to run properly it is a good choice, but over weight and bad technique will be too hard and you may end up fucking your knees etc.
Nah I used to be overweight it's not bad your knees will be fine

Cycling and swimming are best if you are heavy and have knee or foot/ankle issues.

But again, i know I'm doing the broken record thing. . .. i say fix what you're currently doing before adding any routines or tasks to it.

Same kinda goes for growing weed for that matter, you don't grow better weed by throwing more shit at it, per se. But rather, you fix what you're doing and how you're doing it, THEN decide if you should add anything.

I’m by no means in top form, but as others have said stop eating after dinner helps a lot.
If I’m honest w myself and allow 14 hours from dinner to my next meal, i start to burn off fat.
No exercise, just meal timing and allowing a fast to happen overnight.
Exercise if you can for sure!
While you still can.
Doing this “intermittent fasting” got the ball rolling and encouraged me to keep at it; finding a bit more motivation to get more active.
Weed helps w motivation to get active, but also munch out as well.
Set aside healthy snacks.
Ban the “contraband” as we call it:
Chips, chocolate, muffins, cakes,
You know the crap.

Do you drink milk? --consider switching milks, or cutting it altogether. I mean look at the calorie difference, in ONE CUP. Dunno about you, but when i drink milk it's a 16oz glass or more. I will say, whole milk is still best for baking which is why we still get it sometimes, but unsweetened almond milk for drinking, cereal, other stuff. Half & half for coffee, i will not budge on that personally.

I use to drink 2 -3 gallons a week of milk for most of my life. When I went on the keto though milk is verboten. But heavy cream is OK, minimal carbs and good fat. I now go though at least a half gallon to a gallon a week of heavy whipping cream. It's my breakfast when added to my morning coffee.

Keto is where its at.. Along with strength training. I'm 40 and it better shape than most people in their 20's.

The one thing about keto type diets. . ... Keep an eye on your BAD cholesterol levels, because the food industry as a whole loves to slip that shit in on you, if you're not a diligent shopper

My ldl went way down doing keto. But all I do is eat meat and green veggies. Literally I’ll cook a pound of hamburger meat with broccoli and make a homemade Alfredo sauce and sometimes chicken. I generally attempt to get the whole farm on my plant at any given time.

Same. No meds and my good ldl went up while my bad went down. Blood sugar, blood pressure, all labs were excellent and that is easting over 65% of my daily calories from fat.

Achieving your weight loss goals can be difficult, but some tips can help. If you are not seeing the desired results it is important to track your progress and adjust your diet or exercise routine accordingly. Additionally, getting enough sleep each night is essential to maintain energy levels during the day. And, drinking plenty of water throughout the day can also benefit metabolism and overall health.

I made a Doctor mad. He was with a group selling Stomach Bypass. My wife had it done.

Anyway I told the people this will be their last resort. Bunch decided not to.

Me and my wife have both lost 70 pounds. I'm wanting to take off another 35.

Hii all,

I want to lose weight. Please share some tips.
I am doing regular exercise and follow the diet plan but can't reach the goal.

Any suggestion?

Thanks.
cayenne pepper pills. When you get hungry eat one, I did this for a while to curb my late-night eating. You'll feel it burn, but you won't want to eat. Also, have celery in your fridge if you feel like snacking.

Well lately I have been going back to the Gym. I can only work out half an hour and had to change my workout because I found I get hot I pass out.

But I'm eating one meal about 1PM.

Anyway this is working for me.

Moderate caloric deficit through diet and exercise. Eat a balanced diet, none of that fad drop a whole food group bs, just consistency and patience. There’s no tricks at least not any that are healthy.

If you count your calories and work out.and you dont feel like shit and tired at the end of the week you are eating too much you are not hitting a deficit

Start a vegan diet or no dressing diet.green beans and chicken 200cal.

I'm not to have Greens but I do every once in awhile.

I'm back to eating more and what I eat is all natural raised here.

Eat meat but most is vegetables.

I go to the Gym now do Cardio 3X a week and Weights 2X a week.

I have to watch it because I'm taking Hormone Shots and they mess me up.
