Tip of leaves Curling? HELP

I am in desperate need for some help with my two plants. Both have some fan leaves which are somewhat curling and drooping down a bit. Not all of them are but a few are as shown in the photos.
I am using a 50w MH light and a around 2 weeks in i added a 11W fluorescent lamp for extra light. I thought it was maybe too much light causing this so i removed the fluorescent lamp tonight and i'll see how this goes.

I am using a soil which is a all purpose potting mix which included manure, fish, blood & bone. The soil on the packet says it's around 5-7 and i have a soil PH tester coming soon so if it is to do with the PH i'll know.

The temp is moving from around 20 degrees to 25 degrees with 30-45% humidity.

This is a wardrobe grow and i do keep the wardrobe open for ventilation and there is a fan in the back to move air and build the stems strength.

I have not added any fertilizer yet and i only really have access to a tomato fertilizer which is a NPK of 5-1-4 so i may use this soon because i want more vegetation.

In relation to watering i have been using filtered water from the fridge and leaving it without a cap on the bottle so any chemicals in the water can leave. I may be overwatering as i have been giving a generous watering once a day and this could be too much but i'm not too sure as this is my first ever grow and i'm a pretty big noob.

Please anyone give me some advice, feedback, comments or something on what to do with this crop i really am relying on this for personal reasons and cannot afford for it to be a bad plant or die due to my mistakes. I am trying everything i can and hope i can have some feedback on what could be causing this. Thanks so much.

Raise your humidity to 60
Are tou feeding them cold water?
They also look overwatered.
How would i be able to get my humidity to around 60%?
The water i make sure to leave until to gets till room temp of the wardrobe before feeding them
Okay i'll for sure slow down with the watering hopefully i am still in time i did water a fair amount this afternoon but i won't water now for 2 days or until a few cm of soil feels dry.

for fast humidity, boiling pot of water works, or hang a wet cloth in your tent.
I have done all of this and it's around 55-59% humidity now which is good. I the fan leaves still are curling in and down a bit so i have stopped watering for a few days in hope that the plant will return back to normal. I also removed the 11W fluorescent light as it's a really small grow space i though the 11 florescent light mixed with the 50W MH light would of been too much for the two plants within my wardrobe. I just hope my plant kicks back in with healthy leaves. Please if you would like more photos i can supply. Thanks

Ya lay off the water.

Only water them when you pickup the pot and it feels light again.

Youll be surprised how good plants look whn you let them go through a wet/dry cycle every time

Okay thanks so much for that. Seeing my plant has been in growing for around 20 days now and the stem is pretty thick and its for sure in the veg phase, should i start to feed it? I only have a tomato fertilizer which has a NPK of 5-1-4. would this be wise to use? It's also not a liquid fertilizer but a solid fertilizer (im not sure what that type of fertilizer is called) If you could give me some assistance of this, that would be fantastic as i am yet to feed. Thanks.

Would i be able to post an updated photo because the leaf is still curled and i don't know if it will get better? Please get back to me on this. Thank you!
