Tiny spots on my plants leaves????

Hey there, i have a small plant(about 2 weeks old) its currently 2in. Tall and i have it outdoors. I've only been feeding with pH water at 6.0 and idk why theres tiny spots on some of the leaves. Also there is a couple of black spots but they dont seem to move at all.

It could b water drops, when the sun shines it magnifys the light & burns small dots everywhere

If its outdoors than insect damage is also a possibility.

The little white spots on the leaves looks very similar to spidermite damage.


Get yourself a 30x loupe or magnifier or pocket scope and check that plant top to bottom leaf surface and under.
