tiny flys getting stuck on buds

I have a small problem with tiny small flys i think there coming out of the soil? then they fly around and get stuck in the buds trichomes and its fucking annoying i dont want to be smoking tiny flys when i harvest this bud. is it true that by applying sand on top of the pots will stop them from coming out or the adults laing eggs? i need them gone ones and for all, i have sticky strips all over and i cach alot but the keep coming back! thanks for anyones feed back!

i went to the hydro shop and got some nematodes, hope this works

they look kinda like winged root aphids to me.....

These work miracles on my plants that got fungus gnats.
I went from having a massive fungus gnat infestation to a clean, beautiful grow room within a week.

these look like scarid flies to me. i had them once right before i was gonna chop. they lay eggs in soil then come out in masses. i would address this soon before you end up infested.

no there deffenetly root aphins there in ther roots , there nematodes are helping control the aphins

finally an intelligent answer. What do ya know, the guy took bad advice and cost him some money. People should do research first before offering advice
