Tiny Cabinet For Veg

I'm mucking about with the idea of creating a tiny box to contain my veg plants. I'll only ever be flowering 1 plant at a time so I'll have maximum 2-4 plants in veg at any time. I have an area where I want to build a cabinet at which gives me an area of 21"x17"x33" to work with.. adding enough ventilation and some reflective mylar all around on the inside with 1-5 CFL's.. would that hold over 2-4 plants in veg? I might have one larger mother in the future depending if I want the strain I want.

I really would hate to invest money into this today and it not work.. since I have not received any replies I am just going to continue with making as planned. I'll be heading out to the store in a few hours to get the supplies that I will need.

I personally would go bigger but that is just me. What are the dimensions of your flowering cab? How long are you planning on keeping the plants in veg for?

Well, I'm trying to keep it in-line and flush with a dresser in my room hence the exact dimensions. However, I'm considering just taking it out to 24"x17"x33" (basically, 2'x2'x3') by moving my dresser a bit to the side to allow a 2' flood tray that I have to fit in sideways. My flowering space is 2x2x6 at the moment which that will be changed in the future as well. I want to run two different strains so I need enough space in my veg box to keep those going and rotate one into flower every month. I plan on keeping two in flower one near the end of its cycle and one at the beginning of its cycle so I can introduce another plant into flower nearly every month. If a couple more inches in height will make a difference I would be willing to have the cabinet go over my dresser a bit like 2'x2'x4', but I would have to run that build idea by the old lady.. she agreed to one that was flush with the dresser.
