Tiny buds on one plant - still on 16/8 lights

I was taking a look at one of my bigger plants, and it's got tiny little buds with trichomes on them. It's very adorable, but a little ahead of schedule.

Should I prune them? Is this indication of anything I should be aware of?

Yes! I wasn't sure if I could get a good shot of it, but I did.

Anyone? Shall I prune them off?

Just leave them.
That's normal. it's just a pistil not actual buddage.

16/8??? Is this a typo or your real schedule.

prolly his schedule due to heat of they aren't auto flowers u should be on 12/12 for flowering

Most likely means autoflower strain, but I would leave the leaves..... think of it this way leaves are a refrigerator for you plants.

I'm not at flowering stage, hence why I don't understand why there are buds there.

What I was thinking

See autoflower strains need no light schedule..... so I been told.

They're not really buds per se. Definitely don't cut them off. Calm down.

Well, it's too early for it to be flowering, but now that I think of it, I'll be flowering them in a couple weeks anyways.

I can't remember the strain, unfortunately. I have it written down somewhere. But it is not an autoflower.

Most strains need a least 18hours light to stay in veg. 16/8 will defiantly start some flowering response in some strains. Fix your schedule should be good.

Oh shit, serves me right for posting after smoking a fatty. I'll double check, but you must be right. I'm doing at least 18/6, if not 20/4.

BRUH... Its just some pre flower. Dont worry. Whats up with that mad purple stem. Shit looks like it came out of a Willy Wonka movie
