Tiny buds on one plant - still on 16/8 lights

I was taking a look at one of my bigger plants, and it's got tiny little buds with trichomes on them. It's very adorable, but a little ahead of schedule.

Should I prune them? Is this indication of anything I should be aware of?

Just leave them.
That's normal. it's just a pistil not actual buddage.

Most likely means autoflower strain, but I would leave the leaves..... think of it this way leaves are a refrigerator for you plants.

It is not an autoflower strain.

I'm not at flowering stage, hence why I don't understand why there are buds there.

Well, it's too early for it to be flowering, but now that I think of it, I'll be flowering them in a couple weeks anyways.

I can't remember the strain, unfortunately. I have it written down somewhere. But it is not an autoflower.

Most strains need a least 18hours light to stay in veg. 16/8 will defiantly start some flowering response in some strains. Fix your schedule should be good.
