tiny black spots that move

good day. i acquired this soil based lovely lady from a mutual friend a few weeks ago. i'm more versed in hydro than i am with soil and it is showing. today i found some tiny black spots on the fan leaves that move very slowly if you watch them. There are also many small flying nats but i was told this is normal. It was in a room with 3 others plants and i dont see any on them. also, the stem just turned red when i gave it a little nute recipe. not sure what was in it but it came with the plant. any advice would be much appreciated

looks like it has a severe mite problem. that severe of an infestation is bad and could spread quickly to other plants if you gave them. i use neem oil and lady bugs to kill them, i also squich as many as i can with my fingers
