Hello guys I just thought I'd share a recipe I just used for some AMAZING extract. I used a 500 ml bottle of Absinthe, the strongest alcohol you can legally buy in Australia, 60 percent / 120 proof. I decarbed my weed, about four assorted strains, after decarb it weighed 23 grams. I emptied the bottle into a Pyrex dish, put the decarbed weed in, poured the absinthe back in, wrapped the bottle in foil to keep light out and shook it twice daily at minimum. It was made the night of the 28th of the fourth, I strained it tonight, the 13th of the fifth. So just over a fortnight. As you can see in the picture below the liquid went from its original mouthwashy pale green, to a dark I can barely see a lamp on the other side of the bottle through it, it's that dark. And yes at this point I have removed the plant matter. Now the reason i chose Absinthe is because A the high alcoholic content and B because I've always thought it'd be poetic to infuse GREEN FAIRY with some real green so now I'm enjoying a glass only put 10 ml of it in with lemonade and it's potent as HELL! Very happy with how this batch turned out highly recommended
