Timing for CS / GA3 with autos

Since autos have a limited life span to a certain extent, when should you begin spraying and for how long?

Also, what concentration of either.

Ga3 had ruined a couple plants by causing them to stretch ridiculously without making any flowers male or female besides a few female calyxes.

you need like a $200 scale to properly measure ga3 unless you mix large amounts but it goes bad after a week or so

ive had luck anywhere from 15 ppm to 75 ppm of CS without burning the plants to bad

preflower i spray it once or twice a day for a week on the same branch

it will look like nothing has happened usually but be patient it will more then likely flip its not 100% but most of the time it works out just fine

some places on ebay give you a spoon for the exact mount per ppm with a little guide for the Ga3, not sure if yu ever tried any of those. Might give the CS a try, cant really say much on the subject without trying different methods myself :)

the only way to get it right is get the ga3 kit its pre measured for basically one plant
its around 40 bucks

the spoon measurement is a good way to do it but knowing the strength you need is trial and error seeing how most the ebay sellers get hush mouth and treat you like a criminal when you ask what a starting point for ppm's would be effective on cannabis
you could use a ppm meter but it would have to be a really good one this stuff has a fairly small window of effectiveness and its really close to becoming a mule and not yield anything
if i remember right a spray bottle i have only needed .005 for the bottle to be what i thought was the right strength the plant never finished and had 1.5' internodal spacing
but ive had one that worked fine but i didnt measure it it was a premeasured kit

sorry im baked i forgot to say the only way without a mg scale to be accurate seeing how the ga3 could be different densities from the labs

know any ways to estimate ppm for CS solution? There is a ridiculous amount of silver in the jar I used and I dont want to have to buy an EWC meter

They sell scales that go down to .01g for like $25 bucks online. Pocket scales. Just wondering if stretching but no male flowers means too little ppm or too high....

ya but you need to be accurate in .001 atleast a difference of .005 from what i played with it is a big one if your only making a spray bottle

@ tecnicaldan if it burns the plant try half and half cs and distilled water no real way to tell but if you played with it enough a lazer pointer through the side looking down on it can show how dense the solution is but its kinda primitive and more of a from experience / educated guess

if it does nothing but stretch and stretch its at the mule point and will only preflower and stretch and thats about it too high a dose
another side effect from ga3 is lateral root growth stops

word thanks tek Ill play around with it. ATM there is enough silver that a flashlight works as a laser and a laser through there looks like a classic (red rather than green tho) alien tractor beam

Question. for non autos, doe cs make them produce pollen sacs because then you could prob fry branch or plant or whatever then take the pollen sacs from preflowers and then "heal it" to be a fem again or just use the pollen wqithout ever glowering the plant since you dont want a male plant aroudn for so long risking spreading pollen

with photo's you cut a clone then spray the whole clone then collect it
and pollinate by hand
then there is no need to even have it in your bloom room it could be stuck in a closet with a flouro on a timer

right but does the photo that gets sprayed need to get 12/12 or will it make pollen sacs under regular veg lighting?

i think it still needs 12/12 other wise it would just preflower
with auto's it will preflower male but still waits until it starts budding to really kick out viable pollen
