Hard to say from the pics.. How many weeks since you notices white pistils? Yellowing leaves may be one clue that it is maturing..

Without a scope and a look at the trichomes it's tough to say. One clue is when 80% of the pistils have turned reddish brown. If you see lots of white pistils then it's not time. In the second pic the pistils look white.

Get a scope. Supereyes is a god digital scope for under $30 on amazon. Or a jewelers loupe..

I think you would be fine to chop next week if your running the risk of freezing temps. Otherwise I would go about 2 weeks. I see cloudy trichs when I zoom in.
