Timer Fail. What To Do Now

my timer failed to turn off light 2 weeks into flower. pistils ware already showing up.
I've turned light off 3.5 hours late when I realized timers fault.
What to do now?
a)keep light off for next 12 hours and basicaly change cycle timing so it fits this accidental new shedule
b) keep lights off until normal on (which would make dark period only 7.5 hours long

Will they be all right or great chance of hermie now?

in my opinion just go with your normal time. replace that timer today and you shouldnt have much of a problem. i doubt youll see hermies. unless its a really hermie prone strain.
