Time left ?

Any ideas on time left on this ... strain stardog sure its around 8 weeks in flower hairs are brown and has some amber thrichs still plenty clear though

Doesnt seemed to have gained much weight either or do anyone reckon still be putting it on .. leafs on the plant arent discolouring a few lower fan leafs yellowing thats about it

I would take the stardawg to 9-10 weeks soon as your seeing the gingering on your buds you want the plants to be about 85% ginger then flush #goodstrain

It will fill in. Get a 60 x jewelers loop or other adequate magnification and keep checking the trichomes, you've got several weeks to go, good luck

No one else in the world would have known what you were referring too. It’s best to use common terminology to avoid confusion. If you want to call them gingers on your own fine but please use common terminology.

Yeah that's fine but not everyone as been growing for however long so can use words what maybe new people might understand so just in general we all get the gist of things

Sad little guy you are. at least I know most folks across the pond aren’t so stubborn. Oh an I do smoke a bit considering I have three rooms dedicated to growing. But I also donate a bunch of local veterans that need it.

OP ..
Give it more time for the sativa dominance. Buds will be sort of smallish but will be heavy hitter. Resin heavy . Pistils will brown , orange , DARKEN and recede a bit. Look ONLY at bud triches ( calyx ) and will really tell you where it is in ripeness.

I would put it on a WATER ONLY diet .... you are moving into later weeks and let the plant start chewing on the Nutes already stored. As it feeds it will go into fade.

To PUSH it a little ... drop now to 10/14 cycle .
Plant will think winter is closer and look to FINISH.

Simple shit without the drama ....

I've been growing for thirty years and never heard any mention of ginger trichomes anywhere other than one poster on rollitup.
