A question about time in the freezer.
Qwizo and qwet recipe's often state that the decarbed/alcohol solution need only be in contact with each other for a brief time. But the tincture people often say freeze the combo for up to 5 days.
If everything is equal why does one product need freezing for 5 days the other minutes if
the alcohol is so efficient at dissolving the trichomes? Seems the longer soak will only grab up more nasty's.
Thanks

I use about 30 seconds with QWISO at -18C/0F, to limit pickup of non targeted molecules longer than C-22.

I think it's h
Just to ensure all the material is frozen . In my opinion this takes a couple hours . I just put em both in for a couple just to be safe .

Thanks for input.
So digging deeper why is there information that states after mixing decarbed cannabis with alcohol you need to heat the mixture to 170 for 20 minutes? Seems more like reduction to me since THC/CBD's is activated via decarboxylation. Should one have done that part successfully.
Thanks again for your input.
