Three Foot Bud!!

Now that i got your attention !! "A Three Foot Bud" would be a site!! But i only have a Question about Trich's. When "sampling" a sugar leaf to see the colors, were exactly do i take my "sample leaf" from...Main Bud,small buds, top of plant,middle,bottom?? WHERE!!! Pic's are of girls at 6 weeks so please..NO "you have atleast two to three weeks left".....I know, but what i dont know is where to sample the sugar leaves??

Well, that all depends, because the whole plant won't be mature at the same time, not exactly. The main cola will be the most mature part on the plant, and will probably be where you want to take your leaves from. The further from the light you go, the less mature the buds will be, not by a huge margin, but some, for sure. That's why some people harvest the upper half of their plants, then put 'em back under light for another weeks or so. It allows the rest of the plant to finish, while filling out, at the same time.

BTW, I was only joking with the OP...

What I usually do is a SOG, I have very little in the way of lower branches, what I would do in your case is go with one of the two larger branches (not your cola), when thats showing about 25% amber I would flush for a week and harvest.. Theres plenty of good harvest reads tho if you want to get it down to more of a science..

the top/main cola always matures first as it is closest to the light so I'd start there with your plants then work your way down depending on what you expact from it.
