Thread apparently deleted from “in it to win it” section?

”Elbow Farm Community Giveaway” - appears to be missing. Can you please tell me what part of your policies I violated so I can avoid that in the future?

I am giving stuff away, I don’t even have anything to sell yet. I fully intend to advertise here when I have somehing to sell, but um, I am spending personal money on seeds and giving them away. Not sure how I crossed a line there, when all sorts of people who are selling stuff have their own threads but are not paid advertisers.

I want to play by the rules, but they seem to be enforced somewhat unevenly. I am sure that’s only my perception, but it definitely feels that way.

I know how hard moderating an online community can be, I have years of firsthand experience with it, I am not complaining, but confused.

I'm just guessing here, but I believe you have to be a paid sponsor to make posts in that section too.
After all, the description of the forum is "Competitions and Giveaways from Official Rollitup Advertisers"

deff not uneven you’re not a paid advertiser only paid advertisers can use that section

We don’t ever allow users to gift anything or trade or sell or whatever at all under any circumstance
If you see someone breaking that rule report it
We can’t see everything and a ton get missed but that doesn’t mean it’s allowed

Gotcha, didn’t realize that section was for paid advertisers only. I apologize.

I am not doing any such thing here, it is my own site which is not a forum site and doesn’t compete with RIU.

I will advertise here in Q1 2019, just not ready yet.
