This yellowing is normal?

My plant over the last few days has been turning extremely yellow and many of the yellowed leaves were very easily plucked off.

I haven't given any nutes spare what's in the dirt. Just water, and I have no idea the Ph, but my city's tap water is allegedly neutral.

Flowers are about 3 weeks old, plant has been in 12/12 for about 5+ weeks now.

What i found googling suggests this is normal because the plant is using up what is stored in the leaves and dropping the leaves when they're drained.

And the nute burn is because my soil is still hot?
Do I ignore it? Or is there something I could/should do?

"spare what's in the dirt" was a major part of that sentence, Nick.

It's in shit "soil": miracle grow moisture control, with 6 month feed nutes in, and I added a couple table spoons of miracle grow shake and feed nutes when I repotted in the 10L planter.

you just answered your own question, you put them in a hot soil, not suitable for weed, plus added some other crappy nutes, you're burning them. MG soil or nutes are not for MJ and were actually designed to not work well with weed.

So they survived for 3 months in the soil and ALL OF A SUDDEN they're getting burned... Explain how that makes sense because I can only understand things that have logical explanation.

They don't like your attitude and are burning because i said so!

Smartass.

If you have a smartass response to every answer given then you must not need to ask in the first place.

You've obviously got this under control.

I asked why it was yellowing, and he came back with quotes and smartass responses.

Not helpful information.

Telling me MG is shit, when I already know it, isn't helpful. But I can't change it now, can I.

So I'm aware now that the plant is in flowering, it's going to have access to top much nitrogen.

What I asked was if the yellowing was normal,
And if I could or should do something to improve its condition.

Instead of an answer, I got smartass comments.

I will always meet a smartass on their own turf. Show respect and you earn respect.

You can tell from nicks original comment he only read about the first 15 words of my post. He didn't come here to help, he came to be a troll

Plants take up most of the nitrogen they will need while they are still young. A pure nitrogen deficit is easily identified by feeding some to the plant. The colour will return shortly.

is the yellowing normal. NO, you used crap, you got crap
why is your plant yellowing, because time release nutes and you don't know what you're doing.:dunce:

and you just read my sig and ASSUMED i was being an ass. I actually gave you the answer, Nicely in my second post.

It's not nitro deficiency for sure.
If I add even ONE drop of Schultz liquid plant food I have here at 15-5-5
(it calls for 7 drops for that strength)
My leaves claw immediately.

Definitely can't be nitro def. Which means nitro is definitely high. I see that in the burn spots appearing on the leaves.

Yellowing is potassium deficiency normally but my plant has none of the other signs of deficiency.

The overall potassium is likely lower than the nitro or potash so I could add more potassium only.
But Im wondering how that would react with what's already in the super shit soil.

if you keep Adding stuff to that already shit soil, it will only get worse. Just finish it out with water, and don't use MG next time.

What if I flushed a few dozen gallons of water through it. I have room in the pot to flood.

Also since I asked before and didn't get a good response, what do YOU recommend for "soil" simplest possible, as I'm a beginner as you've brilliantly deduced..

that is a big question, are you wanting to do organic, or use bottled nutes?
and flushing water thru the pots only releases more time released nutes.

So maybe I should give it less water more often to reduce how much nutes it can get?
(nevermind... The lower roots won't get water if I reduce how much I give...)

As for the dirt question, I plan on doing whatever is the easiest way to go.

I've never kept a plant alive and barely kept my lawn alive. Getting a plant to stay alive for 3 months so far was highly impressive. Ive killed fake plants before.....

Im also a budget grower. I don't want the easiest if it's also the most expensive!

By easiest I don't mean least amount of work, I mean least amount of problems.
Problems are hard. Effort is easy
