This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave?

Why is this forum always asking me:
"This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave - data you have entered may not be saved."

Whenever I try to open a link or change page. A bit annoying. I use FF 24.0 portable

ithappens to me to sometimes if im running too many programs if you click ok does it post what youre wanting to post? mine does.

if youre trying to leave a page and you have something typed somewhere on the page its going to ask if you want to leave without saving your changes. so if you accidently have put an E or something in the reply box and go to leave the page it will confirm that you want to leave because it has recognized you have entered something

The site works. But it's the only site that asks me this every time. I don't have an "E" or something in any field.
Doesn't bother me too much. just wanted to see if this is something common...

it is normal. When I'm on my comp it does the same. And the "E" she's talking about I think is the esc button

No, she is saying the letter E, as in if you had accidentally typed a letter into a quick reply box.

It only ever happens to me if, as stated by Sunni, there is text in a field. No text, no message, any text at all, message every time without fail. (chrome)

Oh well it's not the end of the world.
