A new bill if passed would allow employers to fire legally carded medical marijuana patients for failing a drug test.

that's not right.

This would not pertain to any other class of perscribed medication only medical marijuana. Who would you rather work along side someone that smoked a joint the night before or someone that just popped some vicodin?

man, that's just not right.

Though these laws dont effect me. I find them to be rediculus and complicating the law on marijuana even more. Fuck Authority.

.L. Wilson, Oregon director of the National Federation of Independent Business, said the law was critical for employers to avoid lawsuits.
"There's a whole host of plaintiff's attorneys looking for business and this is another avenue for them if you have impaired workers," said Wilson.
