These Won't Finish like Haz', but I'll Give it a GO

Looking forward to seeing these dirty girls!

The suspense is building.....cue ominous music......

We divide up the product tonight over cigars. There is wet weight...dry weight...and cured weight. I figure if there was one more stage then I would have dust to weigh. Talk about shrinkage. The only thing sadder would have been when my trou hit the floor on prom night.

That was the best I could squeeze out of a Nikon coolpix or whatever it was. Macro settings didn't work, so no bud porn. I won the yield projection contest with my buddy. The total yield was severely reduced because of the two OPN plants that only gave us 2.5 oz total. The good news about the OPN is that the high is what I call a "stunner".

I've never suffered from migraines, but I could see this stuff being very useful for those with that problem. I had taken a full bowl hit or two and was sitting on my patio with a cigar. There was about a 20 minute period where I was in another dimension. Then I realized that a couple of neighbors could easily look outside and wonder to themselves, "WTF is up with Luth, dude looks like someone hit him with a fish club."

We've been curing them so the weight was even further reduced. For a basic grow, using half strength nutes and little training, I guess we shouldn't bitch. I think we'll be able to yield a lb with some minor changes (stable strains, tie down, pm mgt, light issues).

We finished with 2.25 oz of the OPN, 2.15 oz of Kandy Kush, 4.6 oz of Moby Dick, and good old nasty, skanky, dank Jodi garnered 1.85 oz. Jodi was the shortest and I had her on two plastic tubs for the majority of her life. She was a slut and produced a lot for her size. We then had a pile of mixed mini buds that made up the rest. The leaves and shake were left for our butter girl.

Overall grade: C

And for shits and giggles, my buddy had that old collectible Oly 7 ounce can to make the donkey dick cola's look bigger.

Congratulations! Great job! Every time I harvest, I still say, next time will be better.....haha! Regardless of how I did!

I'm about at 15 inches, sans the Super Lemon Haze, which is being sativaish. Probably switch on Sunday...running 3 Trainwreck's, 2 Purps and 1 SLH.

I could put a couple of grams each of Oregon Pinot Noir, Moby Dick, Kany Kush and 747 (Big Bud I think)...could trade you for a Hazo sampler, minus the Hazohash. We could meet down at Meldrum Park and talk about that secret Hoona Drop down in Cave Junction for Purpie. To be honest with you, the OPN has a killer high. The rest are humdrum, even though the reviews have been good. But most everybody has decent stuff. I'm just too critical of my herb. If I were you, I'd just grab the OPN and save some lung cells for other stuff.

I did do the lower branch LST'ing using pipe cleaners. A few strains I will have to wait a bit so the branches get closer to the side of the pot. I caused one injury that is healing...by using that green twine stuff. Went back to the more cushiony pipe cleaners. Once done with harvesting, you take the pipe cleaners and smoke them too. A little harsh but it kind of tastes like chicken.

Cool, off to a good start. Glad to hear the OPN is nice, and I would love to try it out. I should have some neat new flavors coming up, too. Everything but Ice Anomaly is new to my garden. I might have to include a small sampler of hazo hash, because it is better than before.
