Could i grow with these Lights Thinking of just doing it Outdoor i got a good place

And why would u be considering doing a grow outdoors with them? Are you talking about using them as supplemental lighting or what. A picture of them when they're off might make it easier to tell what they are too...

Yeah i am trying to use them as a supplemental lighting And 1 second ill take a new pic

fluorescent 130 watt ?? that what it said on the sticker right there i already have 2 seedling in the hot sun i grew before in middle of a feild and my plants got stolen-_-

F'in bandits, sorry to hear about that.
Well i havn't used the tubes before but i veg with large cfls, and those like cfls need the plant to be close to have good effect, so you will have to mind not to leave them under it too long as they would stretch if they were using that as the only light source and it was up high.

OK i Germinated My plants in a xbox case the root got a inch long i put it a half inch under ground on may 20th now there sprouted above ground ill nee your further assitance through out the grow
