New to growing just need some ned thought I'd get some cfl bulbs for a stealth grow.

Looked around and found these:
http://www.green-lamp.co.uk/shop/article_41/2-x-105W-Blue_Red-mixed-Grow-bulbs-B22-(525W-incandescent-equivalent).html?shop_param=cid=32&aid=41&

They are a pack of 2 105Watt CFL's and was wondering is that okay for one plant or is that a bit too much? And how many lumens would that produce and how many lumens needed for 1 plant ?
The pack of two bulbs have a 2700k and 6500k which I believe is the correct amount.

I was wondering how I would set up the lights.

1 plug leading to the mains and that would include 2 bulbs and 2 Pc fans. 3 switchs, 2 controlling the lights and the other, 1, switch controlling both the fans. In a parallel circuit so anything can run if 1 thing is off.( Don't want series because if I turn of 1 light all fans will turn of :( )

Also heard giving full spectrum(2700k + 6500k) throughout complete growth is good. OR should I go with 6500k for seedling till start of flower then 2700k for flower?

Thinking of growing the Blue Himalaya Diesel, so are the lights alright for it or too much?

Thanks, if you have any questions please let me know. I will try to answer and please give me tips? As I am beginner.

100w is fine, some measure(estimate) the yeild by wattage, you can use full spectrum but its hard to even the light with only two bulbs, best to use 6500k for the veg and then throw in two or three 2700k for flower along with the 6500k, if you get me?

I get what your saying.
Err, is 1 6500k bulb alright for seedling to start of flower. Then 1 2700k bulb be alright for entire flower period? Bearing in mind both these will be 105watts each so maybe I won't need the mixtture or would this be better 105watt 2700k's and 85watt 2700k's?
Thanks

one buld is fine but it will affect the yeild of the plant, you going to grow for some time so it pays to set up right as you can from the get go, one 6500k at 105 w is grand for veg it will come along nicely, but for flower if you can get as many bulbs around her this will help with light penetration and increase the yeild of you girl, and its all about getting a bag of decent weed when its done,
