These are my availabile nutrients. Please suggest your recommendation.

Also I'm a little confused if I should be using neem/seaweed oil extract as a precaution or only if I see the bugs?

i would go with the 16-8-24 and something to bring up the p and k during flower. you may want to have some epsom salt on hand too. it would help if you post the entire nutrient content of these things instead of just the npk ratio. ca, mg, s, fe, and micronutrient levels are important
