thers lil bugs on my plant!! help!

so yesterday i was going to water my plant and i saw a kind of spider web, soo i then started to check my plant and i noticed lil black bugs i think they're lil spiders really really lil how can i get rid of them.. =/

erm i think i may have seen the same thing on my plants, havent got a clue what they are, they where just walking over the soil, how big were yours like 2 -3 mm

they're really little like the tip of a needle u can hardly see them but if u look real close they're like black redish i dont know what they are so last night i just sprayed the shit out of them with water but im sure that didnt kill them... know what i can do??

any advice anyone??

use neem oil(cold press) or other pesticides. Water doesn't kill them. I have a minor problem that the moment. But mines in my room so it feel like 10xs worst( then if in another room) I make me feel like shits crawling on me all the time. spray everything underleaves, medium ,around pot ECT and keep shit as clean as possible.
