There are 13 Presidental Candidates, if you have not heard of them, it's because they don't have the funds to pay for the media. The media is not unbiased. Maybe we should take into consideration our other options besides the two men who keep saying one thing and then changing their minds and then beat each other up about it. Here are the other options. It only takes a spark to get a fire going. Do we really need to elect another Democrat or Republican? If we want real change maybe we should go with a different affiliation. Here are our other options:

Gloria La Riva/Eugene Puryear - PSL
Chuck Baldwin/Darrell Castle - CPF
Gene Amondson/Leroy Pletten - PRO
Bob Barr/Wayne A. Root - LBT
Thomas Robert Stevens/Alden Link - OBJ
James Harris/Alyson Kennedy - SWP
Cynthia McKinney/Rosa Clemente - GRE
Alan Keyes/Brian Rohrbough - AIP
Ralph Nader/Matt Gonzalez - ECO
Briane Moore/Stewart Alexander - SPF
Charles Jay/John Wayne Smith - BTP
Barack Obama/Joe Biden - DEM
John McCain/Sarah Palin - REP

On the ballot McCain is first then Obama, this list seems to be in no particular order except maybe that whomever paid in the most money got top spot, so it seems to me.
We really need to research who would truly do the best job for America and not just stop at Democrat or Republican candidates who have taken center stage and ran the country. Both of these parties seem to be pro-income tax which is an illegal tax propogated by the governmnet in order to pay off debts to banks in other countries, HMMMM.....if you thought you had to choose between the two, there is a different choice, do you have the faith and knowledge to make the right one? Do you take action in the possibilities you say you believe in?

Or make a write-in vote. The freedom is yours, better use it while you got it......

I should add my name to the list. I wouldn't take that job if they were paying a billion bucks a year. I can't figure out why anyone in their right mind would even want the job. The country is so screwed up it will take a magician to untangle the messes that Bush has gotten us into. Those people surely must be insane. But I'll vote for the one that I think will do the least harm and the most good, Obama!

That is great, and definately your right and perogative. But I had heard alot of grumbling about both candidates, and I just wanted to let everyone know that we DO have choices other than the obvious ones.

Thank God, cause both of the candidates have made me sick to my stomach.

Nader's a fruitcake, I'm going LP, they are closest to my beliefs, Personal and Economy Freedom, and not having to worry about the government dictating to me what I should and should not do.

I don't know why anyone other than the 2 main parties even bother to run in a national election. There is absolutely no way for a third party candidate can win an a national election. They could if we lived in a democracy but we live in a republic so its a totally futile effort.

I disagree with your analysis of the situation. I think the problem is the Media, who apparently has forgotten that it is FREE, and not meant to be beholden to the politicians in D.C.

I'm still confused as how McCain won the Republican Nomination as well, but that's not something I can really address, considering I'm registered Independent.

They have NO chance. Even if everyone on this site were to vote for any of them, it wouldn't make a difference at all. It would be like spittin' in the ocean. You might as well forget about all of them.
