^^Yeah cause you know everyones definition of these different terms.. Dro could mean one thing to you and a completely different thing to another person, you have no way of knowing.. Alot of these could be regional terms as well, for instance, WTF is "beasters"?

kind, dank etc. are meaningless adjectives that people use to describe weed they think is good. "dro" is just some corny word people use to describe weed when they don't know what they're talking about and i really wish they would stop it. the street scene is full of cheesy fucktards who talk out of their ass and prey on people who are as clueless as they are or have no other options.

saying "this is a bag of mids" is about as descriptive as saying it's cold outside. depending on who said it, it could mean anything. is it "cold" to someone in san diego or someone in minnesota?

this is why i grow my own weed. so i don't have to put up with "yo, son, i got some ill dro". or "i got dro or kindbud which do you want?" the fuck is that shit?

Gee, you think with your handle, you would provide a succinct reference that wasn't open to a lot of interpretation and debate. :)

That third one could be "dro", or it could be soil bud. No way to know from just looking at a picture of it. Same for telling if a bud is cured or not.

i like it it is pretty accurate, except for #3 dro is debatable, unless he knows its hydro. still not all hydro will look the same. there used to be alot of beasters around, which look like the photo. they suck ass, those are beaster nugs. i thought the beasters were mass produced hydro? can anyone confirm or deny?

Yeah I'm in Southern Ontario, and I have never heard of Beaster's.. If they are mass produced hydro, I've always called those China Bud's, because they're comparitable to China since they're grown in such high volume and are of poor quality lol.. Which is why I thought some of these term's might of been regional, who know's though, I might of just never came across them..

Along the same lines as everyone saying it is "purple this" or "kush that" and usually it is neither... Anyone who ever talked using words like dro, beasters or any of that nonsense was a small timer who bought an ounce and thought they were a drug dealer selling joints to friends lol:hump:

This is the very reason that I posted this thread...people are misinformed as to what is "what"...we have no "weed standard"

& a FUCK TON of different names...for the same shit...so I put together a visual of each....from what I see everyday
& thats what I see...

the market has labeled these types of weed...not me.

Now...as growers...we all know that bud is bud..is bud...is more bud...
but what separates these buds is how they were developed...
thus creating a scale...of standard quality

Im more curious as to what caused each bud to be in its current condition.

I always thought dro was short for hydro. Though it is commonly used to described any bud of decent to high quality.

The rest of the terms are total bullshit. It's beasters/fire/dank/kind - no, it's all bullshit. All buzzwords that don't actually mean anything. If they do actually mean anything then NO ONE actually uses the correct terminology, at least no one I have ever met. I hear these words tossed around all the time.

Also kind was also referencing 'da kine' with some people I used to know representing Hawaiin import. They would call it Kine and people took off with 'kindbud'. There's allot of bastardized regionality involved. The whole marketing game is going to have to change as the medical aspect rolls along in my opinion.

Every kind of weed I come across, I give my own potency rating. equal to the number of hits it takes to get high: one-hitter, two-hitter and so-on until "the radio". - When pot has no high whatsoever, we russkis have a saying which can be loosely interpreted like "I thought I smoked some weed, but it feels the same as if I would just simply listened to some radio and didn't smoke shit" (to get the same effect).

Right now I grow 2-hitter, but it becomes more like a 4-hitter with age, I would think
Ordered some big names - Blue Dream, Sour D #2, OG13 today :joint::hump:- for my 2nd grow from now
