Hey nugs i actually had a friend and fellow patient who i gave some of my vortex to from last seasons outdoor and he would smoke it every morning before he went to the gym, he said he realy felt like it gave him more energy.

I'm always medicated so when i workout it doesnt really affect me. I actually feel higher when working out, i can really feel the THC pumpin through my whole body.

Try properly dosed edibles or the like for working out or running, smoking before any kind of activity is going to hinder your breathing somewhat. Its hard to use that extra concentration you get from the weed when your trying to breath. There was an article in HT a while back about working out and weed.

I try to not smoke to early in the day because I have stuff to do, including working out, and smoking makes me apathetic with regards to work. However I have also found myself high and/or burned out and still needing to work out. In those cases I do a lot of aerobic exercise (cycling or elliptical) and after about 20 minutes or so I find my high fading. It's why I don't smoke while I mountain bike... I usually lose my buzz on the first uphill anyway.

Update: All 5 Vortex seed dead. never made it out of the RR's. RIP my friends..on a brighter note the TnT kush is already starting to push up dirt, or in this case RR lol..I dont understand this at all, I think I'll give Attitude a buzz...

GL with hitting up attitude. They clearly state their seeds are not for germination, so I doubt they'll give you any ground to argue. who knows though.

I had to move recently and now have very limited space and I am on my third auto grow. I miss your gear greatly, and hope for a different place that I can go back to non-auto gear. My most attractive dream at the moment is to have a Jilly Bean auto ....would be in heaven with many of your genetics as autos. I know you are not an auto kind of guy, but maybe you could team up with a good auto breeder, and double your business. I would try them all. Thanks for all the work you have done for the culture....little butch

On 4/20 I started germinating 18 seeds, 5 Vortex(Subcool), 6 Ghost Train Haze #5(Rare Dankness Colorado), 6 Holy Grail Kush(DNA) and 1 Super Silver Haze(Greenhouse freebie). I germinate my seeds by soaking them in a dish of water over night, paper towel method until i see a root, then into a cup with drainage holes and soiless mix and under a T5.
The first to show sprouts were Vortex. Last night just before the lights went off I had 2 Vortex and 1 Holy Grail popping up. I can't wait for the lights to come on today!

Yea dude I ran that super silver from gh seeds really hazy pheno I acquired, mamma went 120 days yielded over 12 oz. I got picks with a cola from my hand to the top of my shoulder full running. I still suck at uploading, one day maybe. Any who super silver will always be a fav of mine. If you like super silver by gh look at mr. Nice super silver his seems to have a lot more skunk dominance than greenhouses but no buzz diff just flower structure varies. If you have the patients for her she is pretty epic. Although subs gear has some very sativa strains too. They flower a he'll of a lot quicker as well. But for free who's complaining.

Just thought i would drop in and say wazza sub love the show and add the weeden series as my favorites! Your views on male selection changed the way i select for breeding and want to thank you for some of the best advice i've gotten in years.Now with the ass kissing done kiss-ass (lol).I hope you start working with indica's a little more or at least a faster sativa dom.BUt I sure hope you don't add to the noob world of auto's sure they have their place,but to join the ranks of the top shelf stuff no way!
