Alright I need some input from you guys. I hold your opinions in a higher regard than most other members on this site. So I have been having funky nutrient issues that I had never ran into in the past. I feel like my growing has gone backwards in progression due to the older equipment and lack of income to put into my growing hobby. Anyways, Well I think it is because my TDS meter is 4-5 years old. Never replaced probe and the manual said that the probe did NOT need to remain wet. Its the HM Digital COM-100 (EC/TDS/TEMP). I tested this meter with a BLUELAB 2.77 EC solution. So as far as I am concerned... a bluelab solution is 2.77 EC regardless what meter you read it off of because it is in EC correct? Well my HM Digital meter reads 3.0 EC instead of 2.77EC. Can I just take my res readings and subtract .33 EC from the meter reading to get my actual EC?

If not, does anyone have a ML/gal formula for Dyna-Grow/Bloom, Mag-Pro, KLN recipes?
Hey Vumar.

I would definitely subtracted the .33 , My meter has an adjustment knob that I can recalibrate the meter with. If yours doesn't just subtract and carry on. I usually go by PPM but my meter also does EC.

I will be back in oregon in july and get another grow going. I will have to hit my buddies up for some cuttings because I am not sure if I can get that strain I have been growing anymore.

Anyway good luck and I will be standing by. nitro.

I won't be making further posts on this thread.
My garden is taking a temporary vacation until I can clean things up a bit and buy some new equipment.

When my thread does start up again I will be moving my primary posting site (currently RIU to 420Mag). I will likely just copy and paste a similar thread over here however the active one will be on 420Mag. Most likely I'll only answer questions/feedback on 420Mag because have more (positive and more in quantity as well) feedback/replies than over here.
