The Vault’s Skywalker Auto Comparative Grow - in association with Mephisto Genetics

I got my seeds and shirt this week. Shirt is a little tight in the neck, but I guess that's my fault for being a beefcake. I managed to snag two cake toppers (plastic lid / dome used to cover desserts you find in grocery stores) from clients the last couple days so now I don't have to eat 2 cakes before I can grow. That's good or bad depending on how you view cake. I found that these domes were imperative for the last comparative auto grow as they fit perfectly over the 5 gallon smart pots I use. They keep a perfect environment for the seed and seedling.

A cake dome! That's brilliant! I wish I had thought of that! I'm keeping an eye on you so if you post pics I'll be able to see exactly how you did that. Bravo Lord Kanti!

WOO-HOO!!!! Jack said I can finish what I have going and then participate! OH HAPPY DAY!! With this comparative I will be illustrating the difference between Dutch Pro nutes, RX Green Solutions nutes and maybe General Hydroponics Vegan nutes if my sample pack shows up in time. RX Green Solutions only sent me Grow, Bloom, Axiom and Root nutes and not the full line so more than likely I will use just the basic nutes for this comparative. I just placed my order and hopefully I will be accepted. If so, I'll be a part of another Vault promotional grow!

I may have dome pictures in the A×T comparative grow thread.

I need to pick a fertilizer today unless I have enough compost. I'll be comparing your grow to see how we vary. I'm going to have to go over my previous grow notes.

Day -1 "planted 2 seeds. One big, one small. 5 gallons fox farm ocean forest + perlite. Lightly dusted seeded area with Great White."

Day 4 they sprouted

14 days in- "Dome has been completely removed. Feeding full Athena's Aminas, Pro-tekt, and half strength Alaska Fish emulsion."

Assuming that all goes well, I should be able to kick this grow off 10/6 as my last plant should be ready for harvest 10/5. This will only give me a day to harvest my plant, clean everything up and start over for the Skywalker run. I'll skim through the Alien comparative thread to see if I can find that pic. Good luck Lord Kanti! I'll for sure be watching for you.

Love it, I've rooted dozens of clones in a bakery tray myself :) They work great!

That Take Root is really good stuff imo. So is the Multitotal. I plan on replacing that with Recharge in my Skywalker run to have a basis of comparison for myself.

Yea i really like dutch pro. Started using em a few years back when it made its way to the states and i havent looked back. When i got here to CO i couldnt find it, so i ran H&G base nutes this last run with some left over Dutch Pro i had and i liked the results. Ill probably run the same strains next run with Dutch Pro and see how they compare.

Well my seeds been above ground for about 9 or 10 days now they're working on they're 4th node now should have camera back by end of week for pics. Just gave them a real light feeding flora nova from GH and some of this nute I got for free from the hydro store called lightning start it's suppose to promote root growth and vigor so far I like it. These are some of the fastest growing plants I've ever seen!!
