Hey Ope-
I've got 4 plants 4-6 weeks in 12/12 and several ready to go in now.
Now that I don't need the heat from my 2-600W hps all day long, I need to change my timer so I can use the morning cool. (Northern winter/leaky house) . . . it has been running from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
I'd like my lights to come on at maybe 7 a.m. now.
I figure I'll start subtracting 15 minutes every week (5 days?) until I reach the desired on-off times.
Does anyone know if this is necessary, or can I just do it all at once without inviting hermie issues in the older plants?
