Could you please "clarify" this?... Not making fun of you in any way. There are a few strains I see in that post that caught my eye, I just wish I was on the same page as you. I'd like to know the point your trying to get across, or even what your trying to say.

The pain relief/insomnia is right up my alley. I've had rather painful muscular problems in my neck, right shoulder, and upper back for years. Certain strains do better for this than anything else I've ever tried, including physical therapy and prescription pain killers.

Insomnia haunts me in my dreams (or extreme lack thereof). The insomnia is so bad I've had to give up several good jobs due to not being able to have even a slightly normal sleep schedule and it plays hell on relationships. It's sometimes days before my brain rests enough to sleep if I don't have a sack just for that reason and lately I've been noticing slight changes mentally .

Not to mention the lack of sleep causes me to be extremely irritable. That in combination with Bi-Polar disorder can be extremely scary, Not only for the people around me but even more so myself.

But, if your going straight from lab results the top two on my list have more 25% thc levels or higher then almost anyone.

Old school Sensi Star, the high is so heavy yet so clear. I find myself watching a movie to completion, getting up afterwards and think "fuck I'm still stoned", love the Sensi Star!!!

but the absolute most potent strain i smoke was a local kauai strain, im a sesasoned toker, after one hit i has having blackouts, and visuals, no effing joke.
taste wasnt all that great, prolly cuz of the cure, but it had my other friend throwing up and passing out. i dont know if this would be a good recreation strain, but most definitely has amazing medicinal properties.

First you need to define "Strong".

The highest record THC content strain was indoor grown Hydro Romulon. It was tested in a lab In Illinois after a bust and tested out at 28% THC count 2 weeks before done.
