The size of plant roots....

If you take a plant that has stayed relatively small and reveged the bottom after harvest, does the plant root continue to grow? Would you need a bigger pot? Or does the size of the root stay the size it need to in order to support the plant? In essence....

Root size = the age of the plant OR the size of the plant

Thanks guys :D

Actually it's a good idea to re-pot your re-veg into a slightly bigger container, like a couple of inches deeper and an inch wider, all around. Wait until the new growth is doing well. Don't fert until same. I'd wait and fert at TP . . . 1/2 strength, all-purpose.
