I might be able to get a 1000w m/h for Zero $$$ That would a pretty sweet addition to the hps I already have. Will have to see what kind of heat issues that will bring me?


Ne 1 know the heat output of a m/h to a hps?
 
i knew these were going to come out excellent.
they look so amazing and healthy!! it's like a SCROG grow and i know you're going to have tons of budsss... nice grow man

Seems pretty similar to me, every time i lean down to a plant the light burns my back whether its mh or hps.

I have a plant in my dwc that has just gone absolutely crazy, its been a while since i went sideways, but I think i may finish flowering her this way so that she produces more.
 
wow mann thats a great idea, ive had my plants tied to stakes stuck in the soil to keep them down, now im gonna just do the same you did mann. awsome idea bro ^rep
 
I did the same thing with one of my soil girls. Not to the extreem you did. I bent the stem from the beginning 90 degrees and kept it there till flowering. Right now im flowering her and all her underside are up in a nice scrog kinda way. Im keeping my eyes on this. It looks awesome. I wish i had that much room to grow. Oh and that it was legal in my state

Going to water tomorow. I can notice now that they are using more water. Used to be watering every saturday now it's down to 5 days.

Haven't talked to the guy yet but I don't think their cooled, Not sure if they are vertical or horozontal. I'll just get it and try it out see if it gets too hot. If it does I'll go from there.(more fans-or A/C) or both maybe.
 
Oh yaa. I'm going into the city tommoro. I think I'm going to check out some hydro stores, Never have been to one yet.

With that said I have a few extra bucks kickin around. I'm thinking of getting something to add to this grow as far as additives.

I'm at 19 days 12/12!!! I'm using flora nova 4-8-7. and mollasses every 2 weeks.


What would you guys recomend? Some bat guanno? worm castings? etc. I was thinking some kind of top dressing? but not sure how much smell I want? Maybe I don't need anything? Just curious what others would do?
 
When you first walk in to the hydroshop, youll feel incriminated... like someone is watching you, and everyone there knows what your doing. Its unpleasent but after a while youll get to know them. Dont ask, dont tell.

Nice grow, dont know about those nutes. I use Dutch Master. Sounds like your looking to go organic with the bat quano.
 
I'm not 100% organic as the flora nova is not completly organic. I do have 10-15 % compost in the mix but I'm still using a 1/4 stregth flora, just in case the compost is not enough.

OHHH NOO!!! not the hydro shop!!!! I seem to drop a couple of hundred at least every visit. Stay away...it's a bad place!

Lol. I don't have that kind of cash to spend, I'm just running my bro in for a neuralogist appoint. In and out. But your right maybe I should stay away. It will just give me ideas on where to spend ALL my money.lol:joint:
 
If you go whatever you do don't look around with your pockets full of money or credit cards. Leave all funds at home except for what you "can" spend. Be decisive before you go in.

Hey does ne1 know how to get those pics fullscreen? My resizer only goes to like 1200x1600 er sumpthin? If that is even the determining factor on size? :?

I have a PC and I use MS Paint for photo editing for rollitup. Open the file in PAINT, the press CTRL + W , this will bring up the stretch and skew dialog. now just type 90, and 90, for the stretch text field. Your photo will now be 90% of its original size, but the size on disk, will be around 300 KB, if your camera's resolution is around 3 megapixels.
