it breaks down pretty fast one in the soil or th plant as the pH changes rapidly if sprayed as a foliar, it will stick around longer but after 3 days the residue on he entire surface of the plant would not be at toxic levels because of how fast it decays.
organophosphates are a favorite amongst vegetable farmers because of it lox toxicity,low REI period(re-enty time) the systemic effect it has, the wide variety of bugs it kills, and good for the soil and microbes.
