The only noisey thing left in my room is the fans!

...not of the inline variety. I have spent time trying to make my tent as silent as possible, from hangers to acoustic ducking (silencer box) and the only thing left is the actual fans blowing the plants about. The small clip fans make too much noise (roughly 5") and my large oscilating fan is too loud on its lowest setting. I was thinking about getting 6 x 120mm/140mm silent pc fans and run them off adapter, but wasnt sure it would actually move much air (planned on putting them under the plants blowing air upwards).

Anybody else have a situation where noise is a concern? I know the clip fan is cheap and running too fast which in turn makes noise...but the large pc fans do promise silent running with something like 36.7 cfm (at 18db). Is that enough per plant? Is there a better soltion out there?

Ideas/Thoughts?
Im running 400w

Only seen the dyson bladeless fan and your right with them being expensive. Just not sure which flamingo down here. Can't seem to find silent fans except for those 120/140 mn pc fans.

The walls in my place are like paper, not too good. The current fans arenas mousey, oiled them up but I think the being exposed to that kind of enviroment has ruined them

I use these for lots of stuff. They are a bit loud at full speed, but if you put them on a dimmer switch they can run almost silent. You plug them into a normal socket, not like PC fans which I find useless for growing.

It is specifically a 22watt tubeaxial fan.
