The ones that look dry haven’t bloomed or got there first leaves yet

Do any of these need to be watered from the looks of it?

Your small sprouts should stay moist until they look like theirs older sisters, the older sisters could semi dry out in between waterings(semi dry). it’s usually most effective to gauge need for water by weight of the pots. Definitely keep a pretty close eye on them as there’s a fine line between moist and bone dry for those little pots
