I am actually not sure. Two are pots with holes in the bottom and then one is a Folgers plastic container with holes in the bottom and then a milk jug bottom with holes in the bottom... I have an idea.. The reflective shield from the clamp light has the holes in the center right well put the mix of soil and perlite.. bit more perlight than usuall
and then hang it and wait for the roots to fall through and then hydro... how does this sound

bro, dont try to do to much all at once, you already have a lot going on in one rubbermaid, the lights you have now are only going to be good for 2, maybe 3 of those babies when they get bigger, your gonna have to spread them out some and will need more lights. not tryin to be an ass, just wanna see you do good. just grow some of these and see how they turn out, then you can expand your grow. your off to a good start and the plants look real good. btw, are these regular seeds or femmmed seeds? if those are all girls, youre gonna need a lot more room, LoL.

Lol yeah I figured I had enough light. I was thinking maybe 4 of them would fit if I LSTed MRSed... been thinking about ScrOGing them as well lol. I am only doing this for 9 weeks. That is my time limit. soo probably flower at 3-4 weeks and they are just bagseed that I have saved from years.. I dunno what kind any of them are.. I have had a lot of different kinds but I know a lot are from midgrade, some beast and some heads. So I have no idea what Im going to get. and the whole reflective shield thing.. I was just wondering if it could work

you see what i have for just 2 plants, those 8 bulbs equal just 184 watts and i plan on making it 10. another thing, if you lst, that will spread the plants out even more. if you have the room, the scrog is your best best, ive been wanting to do a srcog with 2 plants in the box, but just havent yet. build just a little 4 legged screen that would fit in my box. i put mine into flower at about 15 days and they show sex around 28/29 days, the males tend to show first by a couple days. hey, nothing wrong with mids, still get you high, LoL.

Wait you flowered them at 15 days? wow only two weeks? How much do you expect?

also I have heard that if you have midgrade seeds that you can actually make bomb shit if you do it right. because all mids are (for example) are people owning too much land and not taking care of most of it because.. its just too much to handle but they go for quantity not quality. see they can actually take dope weed seed and make it shitty... I feel like this is correct, but I could be wrong.

well, the weed im growing now sucks, hope to get more than an oz from these 2, the buds dont get that big on this strain. my other one from the last grow, i only got 7 grams, and the first grow i got over 2 oz's from 1 plant. yes, to a point, it is what it is, but grown right , you might make it a little more potent.

the pics are at day 15, it went to 12/12, pic 2 is day 29 when it showed sex, a female and then at day 60. that plant was topped at day 8 and made 6 main colas.

It is my first grow and things are going well. This community is great! There is such a vast library of knowledge!

Here is my set up. I build everything and am pretty proud of it. Has anyone bloomed under t5's or can someone direct me to a thread that talks about t5's?

What is the average time it takes for a plant to show sex ?(this is my first grow btw)
but i have done tons and tones of research before starting it

looking good kush!! if you running at 18/6, ounce you switch the lights to 12/12, should take about 2 weeks or so, check out my post above, #1565. i have done 3 grows and al have shown by day 30 when i switched at day 15, the only male i got showed first at day 27, and out he went, LoL. my sister made browies with him, she dont smoke and said that was the best night sleep she had in a while, LMAO.

OK ..im keeping my fingers crossed that their both female ill just have to wait about another 10 days or so
if i do get a male im going to make sure to kill him in the most evil way possible probably going to pick off each leaf one by one then snap the stem in 20 different places in front of my other plant so it will know not to go that route lol

because i took them with my sucky ass 3.0mp camera phone ..ive misplaced my digital cameras usb cord so when i find that ill be posting pictures with better resolution and yea that hanging fixture is pretty ghetto lol maybe i should put some chains or string on it but thanks man im just hoping at least one of them can make it to harvest it would be great if they were both female but the odds are against me

heres those clearer pics like i promised found my usb cord ....ive been feeding nutes at 1/4th strength recommended i think im going to start uping it as my bigger plant is starting to show signs of nute def. Last Pic is my garden guard sleeping on the job (Somebody getting a cut in their kibbles n bits lol)

thanks concord what week of flowering do you usually stop giving the plant N ? and switch ovet to bloom nutes ? because i have that same bottle of schultz 10-15-10 that you have in a previous post and i know i can only use that for so long

well the schultz is really a flowering nute by the numbers, but everyone seems to like it for the veg period. it has some good trace elements in it. you should switch your nutes when you switch your lights into flowering, but you can keep using veg nute for week or so longer to keep them growing good.
