I picked up some Pre-98 Bubba clones today. let's see how they go! bongsmilie

Put them in my veg box. I have another 4-5 weeks on my last run, so I will let these veg until I have room for them.

Oh yes. Just about any type of Kush I've got my hands on displays this indica trait to the fullest, but Bubba takes the cake when it comes to the most beautiful Kush IMO. Here's the thread for this grow : https://www.rollitup.org/introduce-yourself/310370-introduction-100-watt-hps-cabinet.html . I'll take a shot away from the HPS after lights on today so the true colors are done justice.

Hey yall, I was just wondering how much the bubba tends to stretch when you put it into bloom? 1ft? Double in Size? lol Just curious because mines already about 30". Thanks in advance.

Be careful with the chop chop on a plant that's 30" tall. It could seriously stress the plant, depending on how much you cut off.

My Bubba didnt branch out like that. It has shot straight up with one main stalk. 11 days under 12/12 and it has already doubled. I will post pics when I remember to get batteries for my camera.

Why is this? When's the best time to top?

On another note I just found what looks like balls on 2 of the 4 Bubba I'm growing. I'll try to post pic's later today.

Sorry to keep asking, but its crazy to me....my 30" bush is gonna go somewhere close to 60" by harvest? I dont think I have enough light...400w hps and about 500w cfls will be bubba, 2 white russians, and a few clones in soil for hash. Oh and a cheese plant topped for 4 colas and about 12" tall. Top or not to Top......that is the question.

I don't understand why you wait to top for so long if you're gonna top at the 2nd node...........
Why waste all that plant energy?
I you're gonna top at the 2nd node, Just wait till the 3rd node appers and top then, that way all your energy is going into the 4 forming branches.
Without the waste of all that growth, unless you're cloning the top

I prefer to top after the 5th or 6th node appears, and cut just above the second node.

It's what I was taught years back. I haven't done it any other way since. I suppose I could top earlier.
