Sick of reading "just try home depot" or "i got mine from wallmart"?? 
This is just a thread to help out all those puzzled brits, from purchasing an extractor fan to molasses... this thread is hear to help!
Just a list of some places to start it off:
Maplins = The electrical mecca for UK residents. I bought my pc extractor fan from here plus a plug to wire it to, a hygro/thermometer and an electrical timer. You can also purchase CFL's cheap preferably for supplementary lighting but yeh i rate this place, serious.
BNQ = For soil, growing pots, white matt paint (you get the idea)
Homebase = same as above
Holland and Barrett = Ive already read a few places that they sell molassess amongst copius amounts of fruit rolls and nutrigrains
The most reliable seed bank ive seen that stocks seeds from all the award winning coffee shops in Amsterdam is www.pickandmixseeds.co.uk and although it may be a bit more expensive for the seeds it works out alot cheaper than buying the seeds cheaper from overseas companies who will charge alot more for postage, but yeh post others if yuo can.
