Been running the octo's for about 2.5 years now. Have 22 pot's. Been singing their praises since my 1st 2 weeks with the 1st one! I have grown every way possible in my 40 years growing, the Octopot is the only way I will grow now. Yields are fantastic, set up properly they are no mess, no fuss, not much time needed to dial them in.

I run completely different than you do. I run 100 % organic soil, and only tap water and 100% organic feed at VERY low levels. Plants placed in the Octo's smaller, will do much better than placing larger ones in. I either come straight from seed, or place just rooted clones in them. The res water level is adjusted at different times, and ZERO air is sent in the Res's, no pumps at all. I have never had a res issue in over 200 uses of the pot's. I do use good water, and my feed is excellent too. I run DE Gavita 750's over top. Most of the time(run now a week away from harvest) I run 9 pot's total. 1 750 overhead on a light mover rail going 3 feet from the middle to each side, covers 9 Octopots fine and light not an issue.

I made a "large" run early last year. Thinking it was 8 Octopot's in my huge ass Gorilla Tent. Had 3 Gavita DE 750's covering the tent. Came from rooted clone. The largest, the Goji OG, was mammoth, and filled a 30 gallon tote with bud "arms" . Wet weight on the plant was 14 pounds, cured to a bit over 1 pound . 1 Buddha's Hand dried to a pound, and even a Caramel Candy Kush threw down 10 ounces dry. The Goji was 7 feet tall or so, about 6 feet wide, and had over 100 stalks on it. At full on flower, the Goji sucked 4 gallons a day!!!!! Yup, had to fill it EVERY day or she would suck it dry and be wilting in an hour.

That run netted me so much bud I stopped for over a year, just starting back up because I smoked and gave away it all ......................................lol.........................oooooppppp's, my timing was off about a month.

Started back up 3 months ago when I realized the supply was dwindling............I.E. hunting "dust" in all my empty jars......................I made a POOR effort this run, being lazy. Seeds were allowed to grow to root bound in small pots while waiting to sex them. Instead of doing it right and taking cuts, I slammed 5 week old root bound plants in the Octopot's. Placed 9, 3 wilted so bad they were pruned to about nothing to save them. ZERO care was given to any of them, other than good clean water and correct res levels maintained. Probably less than 5 minutes a week even in the grow room. Full auto pilot all the way on this run. 1 of the plants is laying on top of it's Octopot with 3 foot branches roaming around the other plant base's, lol! Even given no attention, the Octopot's saved my run, the plants 9 weeks in now are fine. Not a big run, not going to yield any records, but the bud will be excellent, and as I prefer, 100 % organic.

I have seeds about a week out of the ground, the next Octo run will be a full on affair from rooted clone, and some serious training. I am shooting for middle ground this run
My clones only were in veg for two weeks. That's why I cloned my seed plants to keep the height down. Plus weed out the male plants.

whats wrong with your toes ?
I was moving my shop press one night with no shoes on, 2 in the morning been pressing rosin for at least four hours. and the metal plate that sits on the press feel off landed on my right toes. if I had my old phone I could show you some pictures, you would probably get sick to your stomach. and I never even went to the doctor. it hurt so bad. I used some frozen French frys for a ice pack. I took the shoe laces out of my right shoe. had to ware my shoes that way for a month in a half. if you look at the picture of my rosin press set up, you might notice the silver tape I used to tape the plates down. The steel plates way about 20 pounds. I am lucky I did not lose any toes.

I did some changes.i switched the dual spectrum bulbs, (HPS/MH) 1000 watt. Now use 3 1000 watt HPS made Hortilux and a 1000 watt MH 10k in the middle. IMG_20190213_225646.jpg

Also been using Terminator. 15 ml to a gallon. I used this stuff with my last crop. I was pretty happy with the results. This is my first time doing Octopots! I was using 20 gallon fabric pots. Organics 100% just Nectar for the God's nutrients. IMG_20190213_225550.jpg

It's a 8×8 tent. There's 3 lights over top and 1 vertical. Time before I use 4 over top. Lot happier now with my change. I leave a little section in the back to put a fan and dehumidifier. I have 3 little clip fans up top. And 1 box fan. 1 18 or 20 inch floor fan. I don't run the floor fan all the time. The little fans run 24/7. The box fan only runs when the lights are on.

I'M almost out bought this Gram earlier today. I sure wished it worked like the name. I have to be out of bed in less than 7 hours and I haven't even been able to sleep.MVIMG_20190214_000444.jpg
