I know Serapis, this sounds weird to me too. My lawyer said since I've never been in any serious trouble, I own my house, and I have a business, that I probably didn't go to jail because I was not seen as a flight risk.

But when you said you only sell to your friends, you "confessed" not admitted but no shit confesses to dealing and transportation of a schedule 1 drug.
Own your own home and business? Federal charges will take those away if they can prove drug money was involved with either. You could loose the house as it was being used in criminal activity.
You had guns and drugs? If you get charged with a felony drug charge you can also get charges with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
They took pictures of things to use as evidence.
You stand a big chance of loosing your property along with being locked up as I am sure they are building a case and trying to figure out "your friends"...
If not in the USA, you probably just got jacked but if that was the case, the money would of went with them.

There was a raid on a MAYOR and they shot his dog in front of his little children. I think the dog was actually fleeing and the bastards chased it down.
Out of this all, they only found a bong and no drugs...But I bet those kids are going to grow up just loving police...

I read an article in the local paper about another guy who got popped and it said it would be six months before he got charged because the testing lab is backlogged from all the drugs confiscated in the area. Damn tweekers! I'm ready to get it over with.

I would try to find youre local police site.Check the records of all that was arrested that day it happend.They run stings & youll notice almost every person that got busted that day was over the same thing.Do you know anyone or have any friends that use or sell meth?I bet thats the reason why they came in the first place.Someone got poped with some meth(possibly bud also) and when they asked for names,you were one of probly many given.
