cool bro, keep us posted....and remember to compare "quality" of overall yield too.....
for sure, I'll keep in mind of what most people think of as "marketable" , I can already tell you per sq. ft the Mainlined plant is going to win out. I'm not necessarily a cash cropper but I love me some mathematics and efficiency, I'll make sure to take everything into account when it's all said and done.

Just wanted to say thanks Nugs for showing us this technique :-) I too am very limited for space, and somewhat of a "newbie with a little experience".... But yet it all seems so simple. I started yesterday with (4) Vortex Clones and I will be updating as soon as possible. Thanks again so very much for sharing this with us !!

Peace, Love, and Happiness

...THIS is what Main-Lining is all about....who wouldn't want this gorgeous bitch in their space...huh?..."but it takes an extra 10-20 days"...(say the few nay-sayers).....whatever, keep growing your popcorn...........nice fucking work brother!....nugs:hump:

Thanks nugs. I love that plant man. It's a beautiful thing to see in the tent everyday.

I plan on mainlining all of my plants from now on. Thank you for helping me improve my grow room.

Nug's,I can pick up TGA seed's in Flint. Can you recommend a strain for scrog?
Geek mike has a really nice jilly bean scrog. Might wanna look into that if your interested in a more fruity pleasant happy smoke.

vortex is a KO strain though U can't go wrong with that.

I wasn't impressed at all this year with my Timewreck when it comes to aroma and flavor but it definitely has the potency and yield.

Vortex or Timewreck bro....
Nug's,that's really strange.I talked to a friend today that is a new grower and I mentioned TGA to her today and she told me she picked up a 5 pack of timewreck in Flint a couple months ago and thought what she had wasn't anything special so she just threw them in a drawer.I'll see if she would let me take them off her hands.

I feel you... Being multi-strain and trying to be on a set schedule is what stops me from doing it with more plants... 10 days extra is an extra 25 % veg, 20 days and your looking at nearly 50 % veg. If I'm already getting reasonable g/watt on plants that veg shorter and don't do well mainlined it's hard to work them in... for instance... my jillybean was basically 1.5 veg cycles compared to that of the other plants

For me it doesn't matter if it's popcorn (i'm assuming you'd consider a full developed 2-3 g nugget popcorn looking at your colas), as long as you are doing work for whatever space you have... You can realistically break 2lbs a light with a scrog set up and a single light, you won't get the sweet colas but you will get a beautiful harvest I assure you of that :joint:

Anytime you try to push the limits of your yield in your space your gonna have to sacrifice veg time, plant count, or something to get the density of foliage required to put out that much weight, plain and simple. Anyone find a way to beat the system, fill me in;)

HaHa, ur retarded lol,..... Maybe you should read the actual US Department of Energy release. http://efw.bpa.gov/environmental_services/Document_Library/Vegetation_Management/sheets/Paclobutrazol.pdf
No mention of cancer

Interesting but do you actually believe that crap. :!:
Think about it, these are the same people who dictate cancer causing agents for drinking water and tell you it is safe to drink. Federal studies are no more reliable than the average RIU rant.

But bush master, gravity, and phosphoload have all been banned from california.
California is overloaded with environmentalists who would save whale shit before they would help the human race.

So the Feds and california are both a load of crap. What studies help us decide which is the biggest bullshitter :?:
