pH and PPM meter (look for an option to display EC as well as ppm, helps if you are looking at an off brand meter) are necessary for DWC.

You will want a submersible thermometer to monitor reservoir temps.

How about small fans for moving air inside the tent to thicken up the branches and help to prevent mold?

Pick up a graduated pyrex beaker/flask for measuring liquid nutes if you don't have one - eyeballing is a bad place to be.
Eyedroppers or pipettes for pH up and down, if you want to get fancy -- its fairly easy to use too much especially when EC is low and the water isn't well buffered

I have a small dehumidifier for flower, its nice for keeping the RH around 40-45% and only cost about 25 bucks
Don't expect humidity to be a problem here. Might even be too dry.
The fun purchases come later if you don't have them already - but mason jars, microscopes/jewelers loops, bubble bags (or equivalent or the trimmings) , trimming sheers -- things that make you salivate watching your plant finish up.
I have mason jars. Is a dozen quart size enuf. Lol.
