Where can we get Caution Tape?

Something has to be done about the sham the gov calls a War on Drugs,its a fucking joke hahahahahaha.Hopefully when more high profiles promote cannabis in a more healthy manner(Montel,Arnold..etc) all the arrests will stop,and they can use the millions spent every year to improve our healthcare,public schools and so on,maybe put some finality too cancer concerns and health benefits.I heard that we have past the threshold of their being more people in the U.S that have smoked marijuana than have not smoked,this is a big milestone for marijuana advocates.Could soapbox all day.peace.
