The first harvest from Tweed Farms has arrived

it benefits myself and many others. you only reply to what you choose to read. i bet even in your perfect, state of the art garden you've never grown 27% THC meds lol. Even @Gmack420 agreed that my canna farms meds looked really good. i understand that LPs aren't for a lot of patients. but they do have their place.
I have access to medicine from various sources, but I'm still trying to get with an LP because it legitimizes it and offers me mail-order.
At the very least I'll get the container I need to carry around whatever I want.

The label on my canna farms bottles wears off super quick.. my containers from my first order have no writing on it at all anymore.. this may be on purpose, i don't know. but it would make sense.

Err.. maybe I'll just signup with Tilray, get their bag, then never order again and head to my local CC for refills.

My bottles are also dated, so i'm sure police would find it fishy if i had a bottle from 4 months ago, full of meds still. i gues that doesn't prove anything but it would still raise some suspicion i'm sure.

They can give me grief, but curing time is my right and my choice - they can't do much about that.

you missed the last sentence of my post. Should people be forced? no. I also said that affordability is a huge concern. How does it benefit some patients? People who can't grow, don't have access to safe meds or live in area's where LP pries are cheaper than street prices.. In some cases that is true, believe it or not. Lps should be an option, but not the only one. I understand it's unreasonable for people with a huge prescription or under a certain income. I only agree with certain aspects of the MMPR. Please pay closer attention to my posts.
I didn't miss that last caveat. I just don't think anyone should be buying into the mmpr system. That's what cc's are for. They also do superior job in every aspect. And if people really think the only way you can carry your meds is in a lp bottle you're mistaken. Even the cops don't want to enforce the mmpr system.

That doesn't hold up in court.
Some CC growers flipped to LPs, so product should be the same + passes the standards.

Show me the convictions of medically aproved patients? Don't claim it doesn't hold up in court when there have been no convitions of sick Canadians using non lp meds.

Here's my problem with what you're saying....if I have a sore shoulder and I go to the doctor and say I want medical marijuana cause I hear it's good for my shoulder pain, the doctor who says yes is either going to have an LP in mind for you or you're going to go in with your LP already picked - those are your two options. People new to the system think it's wonderful that they can legally access mj. They look at CC's as illegal and who wants to do anything illegal right? Some people really do not have a choice but to use this crappy system we've been dealt...that's why we're headed to the SC....life or liberty.....I'll take growing my own and nothing less but only because it's the situation I find myself in. If I were new to the med mari game....idk....I'd probably think it was wonderful as well.

Wrong. I was never told to choose any lp. I have a medical document signed by a licensed md. got it this summer. Well after the mmpr was rolled out. I was given a sheet with all the current lp's contact info. Was told that if contacted by police to show them my medical document. I comfirmed this was adequate by talking to a sgt in the drug division.

One time a police officer told me he doesn't pull people over for anything except 20+ over the speed limit.
Doesn't make it legal. It's discretion.
Your lp bottle won't stop you from getting arrested if that's what the cop wants to do either. I'm just trying to dispell the fear mongering going on. And I got the cops card. If I'm ever in court for bud he'll be the first witness to be subpoenaed.

The LP bottle is your legal prescription, just like any other prescription bottle. It's legal to carry product in it.
The difference is that your piece of paper isn't a legal document. You may both end up in court, but only one has legal standing.

You state that as fact but have no supporting evidence(convictions). Sorry bro until the supreme court rules that viewpoint holds no water. You are correct you can be charged either way. But saying one has legal standing and the other has none is incorrect and misleading.

One is a legal prescription that has been approved by Health Canada and the RCMP.
One is a non-legally-binding document approved by one doctor.

So called legal prescription approved by hc and rcmp means exactly nothing until the constitutional challenge has been ruled on. You can keep saying it matters but that doesn't make it so.
