the first grow, trying to do it right

Weighed all the nug, came out at 229.7 grams (8.1 ounces). It is really dry, like to the point of crumbly. I haven't smoked any yet, but it smells... interesting. Considering adding tortilla or lettuce, will let you guys know about taste, and I'll also post a link to my next thread once this is completely done. What's your plants for your next grow? autos again? .... I'm thinking autos myself in the future, considering i'm 9 weeks 2 days into flower on my first and they still have a bazillion white hairs... lol... add on 4 weeks for veg and i'll be at almost 4 months before these bitches are done...

Well, thanks again to everyone who has shown support. I've definitely pocketed some knowledge and I hope this journal can help someone else some day.

The smoke (after a week of cure) was a little harsh still, but it definitely got me high. Nugs are still super dry, but I plan on rehydrating them after a month of curing. The month of curing will end around Jan 25, so its really a month + 2 week. In total, pretty fuckin dank, especially for first grow, the fuckups i've had, and the genetics.

Just cracked open the jars, and much to my surprise and joy, they smelled quite delicious

Total weight is still 8oz. I definitely over dried them, then gave them a nice cure. Taste is a little bleh, with some wicked cottonmouth, BUT it was a very very smooth smoke, with good effects

Overall I'd say this bud was easy to grow and nice and forgiving. The smoke is kinda worth it if i weren't spoiled by great smoke. Its good quality, definitely a lot better than some of the shit I see on the streets. Plus no seed and all organic. I would recommend these auto-flowers to someone who wants to have a quick yield. However, if you are going to perpetually grow (and/or your time schedule allows it) I would grow normal strains. I can't wait to grow out my first photoperiod plants. These autoflowers are quick but they leave quality to be desired if you are accustomed to the dankins.

I'm going to try to reintroduce moisture now, I'll report if anything happens.

This trick worked GREAT! the buds are now the exact dampness that you would want from a perfect cure. Buds went from crusty to dank in 24 hours. Smooth smoke and buds sticky to the touch. IM RICH BIOTCH
