Yeah but the emergency joint is ready to be smoked, for emergencies only. For example if I woke up and had to get out of my house right away, say it was on fire. I could grab my emergency joint run outside and smoke it while I watched my house burn down.

I was wondering if anyone else has an emergency joint rolled. I always have one rolled and stashed in a clandestine location
Just in case of emergencies . . . .
We keep an emergency stash. Usually one or two nice little buds. Enough for a day or so's supply, just in case we have troubles getting on.
I wish we could have an emergency ounce...

You really should roll one up and put it a glass case with a little hammer. On the glass it should read: "In case of emergency break glass"

I'm talking emergency joint, when things just go wrong and you need to light up NOW. Mobility is a factor as well. I'll provide another example I might use the emergency joint.
I get home and find the thieves have broken in and stolen my weed, bong, some plants, and a few other things . . . I quickly light up my emergency joint.

A little glass case with a couple of holes in it, and a pipe. I'll store some water and a spark with it too... but I'll be careful not to break it...

Yeah a little wooden bat case would work too. Grind some weed an keep it in there. In case of emergency open the box dip the bat at toke up!

i can just imagine the house on fire me grabbing my emergency joint and 1 match , .......run outside , watch my house burning down ,.....strike the match and woosh it gets blown out b4 i can light my joint , i end up lighting it on the smouldering remains of my house , sit there smoke my joint and suddenly realise i should of been ringing the fire bregade instead of trying to get stoned .

The problem is "smokability" the emergency J is for true emergencies when you need to light and smoke right away.
Here is another example:
