Sanders has to win the primary first.

If he does, he will have gained a lot of trust within the African American community. I think that Sanders would have the African American vote in a race against Trump. Absolutely.

Who do you think Sanders will have to beat in the Democratic party primary?
why are you leading her on. Sanders is not about to run.

He has to offer a better alternative to African American voters than the other people who run for the job in 2020.
But what kind of policy positions would that consist of? What do you think, policy wise, would benefit African Americans and other minorities that might attract them to Sanders campaign if he decides to run again? Do you think raising the minimum wage to a living wage would benefit minorities? What about free college? Considering that education is the number one factor in climbing the social ladder. Paid maternity leave? So single mothers could spend time with their new babies before having to go back to work? Paid vacation? What about universal healthcare?

You can't think of any policy positions that could help minorities?

Depends on who he's running against.

Why do you believe the efficacy of policy of a potential Sanders 2020 run depends on who he might run against?

I'm simply asking you if you think any of the policies Sanders supports benefit African Americans. I'm not sure why you believe answering that question depends on who Sanders could potentially face, if he chooses to run in 2020... Maybe you could explain that, too?

Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

You mention all of these issues that are important to you. And to me too.

I'm not African American, also, I voted for Sanders. Who am I to tell you what African Americans want from a politician? What I read was that Sanders has given the impression that he's willing to vote for bills that address the needs of African Americans but doesn't lead on any of them.

Why did those women have to crash his rally to get Black Lives Matter into the discussion on his campaign?
Read what was said by African Americans about Bernie's campaign.

They didn't say they were turned off by any of the proposals you mention. They didn't see them as a solution either. They talked about what was lacking.

Read up yourself. There was a lot of analysis given by African Americans and women who all said they didn't see Bernie as giving their issues any attention.

What I gathered from what I read was that the things you list are good but not sufficient. Because Black Lives Matter issues aren't economic ones. Because not getting that interview because their name sounded difference isn't due to an economic issue. Because getting groped by the boss isn't due to an economic issue. Do you see where I'm going?

I know you don't like to hear this but the best analogy I can come up with is that Bernie is a cold fish. He doesn't relate well with other people. He did well with other white males who related with HIM but he doesn't relate well with others. That was about it. I'm a moron when it comes to social situations and not good at answering your question because I'm like Sanders in that regard. There are some issues that aren't answered by cold logic.

OK

The left isn't about better wages from capitalists. Not even.close. I'll just say again that you and pad are economic liberals and social conservative. If you can't bother to understand what those terms mean then by all means call yourself whatever meaningless term you like. I'll be glad to continue to mock you for posing.
I'm just mocking you for being deliberately misleading and lying about my positions because you can't debate us on the merits.

I finally found something i can firmly disagree with you on;

Education is NOT the surest way up the economic ladder, the wealth of your parents is.

The useless high school drop out no career lay about trust fund baby of a multimillionaire family is over twice as likely to retire well off than the hard working, college degree earning, career oriented offspring of a middle class family.

That's today in America and it puts the lie to 'land of opportunity' mythology. It's called another thing, too: 'aristocracy', which is what the (rich) right wingers are REALLY all about.

If you're a Republican with less than ten figures left of the decimal point in net worth you're not in the club, you are just a sucker for it. What you suck can be left to the imagination.
