it definitely works both ways. but youll find a better more quality chick if youre nice to her.. its funny seeing real good looking chicks with goofy dudes. they are nice to em. some old guy told me something when i was younger.. "the most lonely creature on earth is a good looking woman" which to me makes sense. they might have dudes hitting on em just trying to fuck. but they never get that emotional connection because most dudes are too shy to talk to them.. so i be nice to all of em

Not realistically possible, but I like nice guys. Who would like someone who is a dick to them? Again, unless you're unbalanced you wouldn't prefer ill treatment. My friends are the same way. Maybe you're investing in the wrong types of girls?
